My wife and I were on the verge of moving from VA to WA. Introductions were done by a mutual friend and that began one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had in our lives.
In our end to end process to secure a loan, Bryant was very proactive in communication and along the way, there were plenty of surprise hiccups. But Bryant’s experience and efforts to educate us in industry processes made them easily forgettable hiccups.
While I cannot confirm all the blocking/tackling efforts he did for us in the shadows – which I know he did plenty of – Bryant’s calming aura gave us peace of mind that he’s got everything under control (and he did). Even during a short pre-planned vacation in Europe, he checked in with us at the convenience of our timezone to explain wheels in motion and next milestones.
The industry knowledge and experience is something I anticipate from any seasoned professional, but the extra efforts Bryant put in to treating us like family was an experience that left my wife and I speechless.
